1. What is Grindabuck?

Grindabuck is an online rewards club that allows you to earn real rewards by completing simple tasks, taking surveys, completing offers, shopping, participating in contests, trying out products, watching videos, listening to music and much more!

The Grindabuck rewards platform pays out in Grindabucks, our virtual rewards currency, for each activity you complete. Once you accumilate enough Grindabucks you can exchange them in the rewards store for various Gift Cards and Bitcoin. You can join and start earning completely free. We will even start you off with your first 100 Grindabucks for creating your account. (Min. $10 cashout)


2. Can I really earn Free Gift Cards and other stuff?

Yes! Advertisers and market researchers are always looking for new people to try their products or services . As a member of Grindabuck you will be able to earn rewards for completing activities that you may already be doing on the internet. Referring your friends is also a great way to earn Grindabucks! You will earn 10% of the Grindabucks your referrals make!


3. Does it cost anything to join Grindabuck?

Absolutely not! Grindabuck is 100% Free to join. Signing up is easy and you can even sign in with one click using your Facebook account.


4. When do I get the Gift Cards or Bitcoin?

New members can redeem their Grindabucks when they reach a minimum of 1000 Grindabucks earned. As you move up the ladder in our VIP program you can reduce that minimum cashout amount to just $1. Our official time-frame for delivering rewards is no greater than 12 hours. However, it usually takes only an hour or less for you to recieve your Gift Card or Bitcoin Reward. We are always more than happy to process reward redemptions asap if we are online. Just ask for an admin in the chat box and if we are online we will process for you asap.


5. What are referrals?

Referrals are members on Grindabuck who you can earn Grindabucks from every time they earn some Grindabucks.


6. Can other people in my house join?

Other people in your house may join but they cannot join with the same IP address or device. Only one account per IP address / device is allowed. We do this for the sake of our advertisers.

You are not allowed to use a Proxy or Virtual Network (VN), we will ban accounts that do.


Support FAQs

1. I completed an offer and never received my Grindabucks. can you help?

If the offer was completed on any of the offer walls your fastest resolution will come from contacting their support directly from within the offer wall itself. If the offer was from the category selections at the top of the page or the offer wall does not have a support option then you should submit a ticket with us.

Reasons beyond our control why you may not have received your Grindabucks:

  1. You did not meet the requirements of the offer.
  2. Ad blocking software is preventing the advertiser from placing the cookies required to track offers.
  3. Your browser security settings are configured to not accept thrid-party cookies. This will cause a failure to credit.
  4. Software on your computer is hijacking the cookies


2. The offer I clicked re-directed me to a different offer.

There are few different reasons this can happen. Most of the time it is because the offer either reaches it's daily cap or becomes unavailable for whatever reason. It can also be due to geographic filters put in place by the advertiser to accept traffic only from certain countries or regions.


3. How many times can I complete an offer?

Most offers are intended to only be completed one time per member unless otherwise noted in the title or description.


4. How do I contact Grindabuck or get help?

The fastest way is to ask for an admin in chat. If we are available we will be happy to assist you in real time. If we are not available in chat then you can contact us by submitting a support ticket. You can find support links in the footer of every page or by clicking on your name when logged in. This will drop a menu and from there just select the "Support" Option.
